Short Description:

This machine is used in cold inlay resin pressure equipment for material testing. When a fast curing resin is allowed to be placed in a pressure unit, bubbles and porosity free samples can be obtained while the physical and chemical properties of the resin remain completely unchanged.

The sturdy vacuum pump provides enough vacuum to quickly remove air entrap in any porous sample, inserts compound fill sample void, eliminate the gap between sample and compound, and multiple samples can be vacuum-impregnated at the same time.

The function design is simple and easy to operate. Pressure vessel made of PP material, the whole transparent for easy observation, equipped with vibration vacuum gauge.

Usage: After the Mosaic compound is well mixed, the Mosaic compound is poured into the mold, then the mold is beening put into the vacuum chamber. At this time, the upper cover is closed for vacuumization. After reaching the maximum vacuum degree, the machine is shut down and the vacuum state is kept for one minute, then the exhaust valve is opened and transferred to atmospheric pressure. Repeat this cycle several times to open the cavity and allow it to cure normally.
