ZXQ-3 Double Head Automatic Hydraulic Metallographic Mounting Press
ZXQ-3 Double head automatic Hydraulic mounting machine is a fully automatic metallographic sample mounting press.
It has the function of inlet and outlet water cooling. It is suitable for hot mounting of all materials (thermosetting and thermoplastic). It is one of the necessary equipment in the metallographic laboratory.
After setting the mounting parameters such asheating temperature, holding time,and force, put in the sample and mounting material, cover the gland, and press the button.
The operation button can automatically complete the inlay work, withouttheneed for an operator to be on duty next to the machine;
Four sizes ofmolds can be freely selectedand replaced according to samples with different requirements;
Four samples can be Mounted at the same time, doubling the preparation capacity.
