This instrument is a new generation of Vickers hardness tester, combining an industrial tablet PC with the hardness tester. All necessary test parameters can be selected on the tablet PC, which features convenient and quick touchscreen operation with a clear and intuitive display. The built-in CCD image acquisition system can directly display dynamic indentation images on the tablet PC, lock the image, and automatically measure the Vickers hardness value. It boasts high measurement accuracy, stable performance, and avoids human error. The hardness tester is fully functional and represents an advanced level in China.
● The hardness tester and computer are integrated into one unit, equipped with a Windows operating system, and have all the functions of a computer. It can also be connected to external output devices such as monitors and printers.
● It has two objectives for measurement, and the objectives and pressure head are automatically identified and switched.
● The lifting screw adopts a worm gear structure, ensuring smooth transmission.
● Digital display cross-shaped test stand for more accurate positioning and measurement.
● The test force loading/holding/unloading process is completed automatically.
● Built-in CCD image automatic measurement system, the indentation display is clear and intuitive, and the hardness value is automatically measured.
● Features hardness scale conversion, allowing conversion between different hardness scales. Automatically records measurement data, generates hardness-depth curves, and saves them as a Word document.
