LHMX-6RTW Computerized Research-Grade Metallurgical Microscope
Features an upright hinged trinocular observation tube where the image orientation is the same as the actual direction of the object, and the direction of object movement is the same as the direction of image plane movement, facilitating observation and operation.

With a 4- inch platform, which can be used for the inspection of wafers or FPDs of corresponding sizes, as well as for the array inspection of small-sized samples.
Features a precision bearing design, offering a smooth and comfortable rotation, high repeatability, and excellent control over the concentricity of the objectives after conversion.

For industrial-grade inspection microscope bodies, with its low center of gravity, high rigidity, and high stability metal frame, ensures the system's shock resistance and imaging stability.
Its front-mounted, low-position coaxial focusing mechanism for coarse and fine adjustments, along with a built-in 100-240V wide-voltage transformer, adapts to different regional power grid voltages. The base incorporates an internal air circulation cooling system, preventing the frame from overheating even during prolonged use.
